As previously mentioned the above opportunities and experiences are key to developing what we call the conditions for learning. All pupils need and deserve rich first hand learning experiences. In addition, they support our aims to develop an intrinsic motivation within our pupils to learn whilst incentivising behaviour that meets our expectations and develops an even more positive view of school. Residential provision is outstanding and is so well received by the pupils. Pupil Premium is used to heavily subside the cost of residentials to enable as many children as possible to attend.
